Our Fotona SP Dynamis erbium:Yag ablative laser is very precise and effective laser skin resurfacing (laser peeling) with no side effects and minimal downtime. It is not painful however we can modify the intensity of laser parameters, apply numbing cream and add cooling, if required. You will be able to go back to daily activities immediately. A course of a few treatments one month apart is required. Specialist skincare may be recommended in between treatments. As an alternative to laser vaginal bleaching we offer bio revitalizing peel gel PRX T33 Lady® - a revolutionary no needles, no injections bio-revitaliser made of 30% Trichloroacetic acid (TCA). SKIN TAGS
Skin projections which are removed for cosmetic reasons or when they become troublesome because of rubbing or bleeding. They typically form on the neck, armpits, under breasts and the groin rubbing against jewellery or clothes resulting in skin irritation.
WARTS
Warts are caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection and are commonly transmitted during sexual contact. The infection is difficult to treat with conventional methods. Resistance to treatment may be caused by lower immunity. Recurrences are common. Left untreated, warts may disappear spontaneously after 2-3 years. Laser removal of warts can be considered when other methods have failed, or warts are large and spreading over a large area. In case of genital warts, it is advisable to have a checkup for sexually transmitted infections before commencing treatment. Warts may recur after laser treatment. If it happens within 3 months of the last treatment ongoing treatment is recommended until the infection is under control. PEARLY PENILE PAPULES
Pearly penile papules are harmless tiny projections around the head of the penis often mistaken for warts. They are not contagious and do not require treatment which is usually done for cosmetic reasons.
SEBORRHEIC KERATOSIS
Seborrheic keratosis is benign, non-cancerous skin growth common in older adults. It is advisable to exclude skin cancer before having them removed. They have an oval shape, elevated surface and may be itchy. They are treated for cosmetic reasons or if they become troublesome because of rubbing, bleeding, skin irritation. Treatment options include freezing (cryotherapy), curettage, electrocautery or laser ablation.
SEBACEOUS CYST
Sebaceous cysts are benign, slow growing cystic lesions commonly found on the skin of scalp, face, neck, torso or genitalia and become uncomfortable. They form in sebaceous glands which produce sebum (oil) when they become blocked usually after some trauma like a scratch, a surgical wound or acne. Treatment is for cosmetic reasons and includes draining, surgical excision or laser ablation. Cysts which are not excised my reoccur.
ANGIOKERATOMA (CHERRY ANGIOMA)
Angiokeratoma is a small, dark, red vascular skin lesion caused by dilatation of tiny blood vessels. They can occur anywhere on the body including intimate areas. Treatment is for cosmetic reasons and includes freezing (cryotherapy), electrocautery or laser treatment.
Eternal Erection Enhancement - P Shot ®
The Priapus-Shot or P-Shot® is named after Priapus, the god of fertility in Greek mythology. He was known for his sizable penis and permanent erection. About 40- 50% of men experience erectile dysfunction at some stage of their lives. The P-Shot® is a natural, non-surgical treatment for men using Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) which is injected into the penis to improve its size, enhance an erection and sexual satisfaction. Providers of the treatment say that 80% of men are happy with the treatment and consider it being successful.

The procedure involves collection of blood into special sterile tubes and centrifugation of them to separate red blood cells from plasma which is rich in platelets. The PRP is subsequently injected into the penis using a 5 points injection technique after an application of a numbing cream to minimise discomfort. The entire treatment takes between 30 minutes to an hour from start to finish. Most people who have the treatment see an immediate increase in size directly after the procedure followed by a slight decrease in size over the next few days as the injected fluid is absorbed by the body. As new tissue growth is stimulated over the next 12 weeks to a year, volume will increase again. It is recommended to use a vacuum pump after the P-Shot® procedure for better outcome. The Orgasm-Shot® or O-Shot® is a non-invasive, vaginal and clitoral rejuvenation treatment which uses an individual’s blood to extract Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) which releases healing growth factors after being injected into the vulvo- vaginal walls to enhance an orgasm and sexual satisfaction.
The O-Shot procedure involves obtaining a blood sample from a treated individual and spinning it in a centrifuge to separate red blood cells from plasma rich in platelets and growth factors which stimulate stem cells tissue repair and regeneration. Prior to the procedure a local anaesthetic cream is applied to the vaginal walls, the clitoris and the labia, making the treatment virtually painless. The PRP is injected into the entrance and upper wall of the vagina, the base of the clitoris and the labia using a very fine needle. Although some report feeling slight pressure during treatment, the process is pain-free and takes less than 10 minutes. Some people have reported a mild burning sensation while being injected. The entire procedure should take 45 minutes to an hour from start to finish. Afterwards it is advisable to wear a sanitary pad in case of spot bleeding from the injection sites.

Hyaluronic Acid Injections
Hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the skin and other connective tissue organs is a sugar molecule which absorbs water and is responsible for retaining moisture and elasticity. Hyaluronic acid is made using bacterial fermentation and has a form of a gel which undergoes an additional process of crosslinking making it more resistant to degradation and longer lasting then an application of lubricants.
