Juvederm® is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler which is placed in, under the skin or deep on the bone, depending on which product used - and whether you want to freshen the face or to enhance it.

The gel integrates with your own tissue and becomes reabsorbed completely after 12-24 months meaning that maintenance treatment may then be required.  

 

Juvederm® products have a small amount of local anesthetic lidocaine making the injections less uncomfortable.

Additional local anesthetic cream may be used to manage any discomfort caused by injecting the product.
